Bill, S&J Pallet Co. is in a service related business. We supply Wisconsin & Northern Illinois with new & used custom built and reconditioned pallets. The production levels that we maintain are critical to our company and to our customers.
We operate 2 Viking pallet machines, one has been operating for approximately one year and the other has been in operation for several years. Both of the machines from their original purchase date have experienced hydraulic leakage. This condition has always existed in our industry and we are constantly dealing with this problem.
When you stopped in to see me you told me your lubrication program could solve this problem. You said that the hydraulics were running hot and that was the reason for the leagake. You also claimed that you lubrication program has seen temperature drops as much as 80 degrees after fortification was made. You also mentioned that you have seen this application allow lubricants to last 5 years before they had to be changed. At that time I would have to say that I was skeptical about your products and your company. You realized how I felt and told me to call one of your other pallet companies that have been using your program for over 8 years. Well, I made that call, and they said they were happy with your products and program and what your company had done for them.
At that time I made a decision to treat the hydraulics with your NNL690-G oil fortifier. The following results have taken place one month later. All of the leaks on the older machine have stopped. We are experiencing one small leak on the newer machine. This product is saving our company costly major down time. We at S&J recommend that you call Bill as soon as possible and get started with his lubrication program and products.
